Ingredients 10  Small Brinjal (Baingan / Eggplant) For Stuffing 1/4 cup  Roasted Peanuts (Moongphali) 1/4 cup  Sesame seeds (Til seeds) 1/4 teaspoon  Turmeric powder (Haldi) 1/4 teaspoon  Red Chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon hing.  1 teaspoon  Amchur (Dry Mango Powder) 1 tablespoon  Gram flour (besan) Salt  , to taste Ingredients for the Gravy 1-1/2 cups tomato puree  1 teaspoon  Cumin seeds (Jeera) 1  Onion  , finely chopped 6 cloves  Garlic  , finely chopped 1 inch  Ginger  , finely chopped 1/2 teaspoon  Turmeric powder (Haldi) 1/2 teaspoon  Coriander Powder (Dhania) 1/2 teaspoon  Red Chilli powder 1 teaspoon garam masala  Salt  , to taste Directions for Bharva Baingan. To begin making the Bharva Baingan Masala Recipe, combine all the filling ingredients including roasted peanuts, sesame seeds, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, asafoetida, amchur powder, gram flour, salt in a mini food processor and make a smooth paste  Add a little water and oil to make a smooth paste.  Stuf

Cheesy White Sauce Pasta

Ingredients   20   ounces   uncooked penne pasta 4   tablespoons   unsalted butter 2   teaspoon   minced garlic 0.5   cup   finely chopped onions 0.5  cup   sliced carrots 1   cup   cubed mixed bell peppers   (cut into 1 inch cubes) 2 - 1   tablespoons   all-purpose flour 2   cup   warm whole milk salt   (to taste) 1   teaspoon   freshly ground black pepper 1   teaspoon   dried oregano 1   teaspoon   red pepper flakes 0.5   cup   shredded cheddar cheese a handful   fresh basil Instructions   Cook uncooked penne pasta. Drain and keep aside.  Start by heating 2 tbsp unsalted butter in over medium heat. Once the butter is melted and slightly hot, add 1 tsp minced garlic and ¼ cup finely chopped onions and cook for a minute. Garlic adds a aromatic  flavor to the pasta, don’t skip garlic.  Add ¼ cup sliced carrots, ¼ cup sliced mushrooms, and ½ cup cubed mixed bell peppers  and saute for a minute. Namak Paare Or Nimki

Namak para  (or  namakpare ), also known as  nimki   crunchy savoury snack eaten in the India. It is also referred as Mathri.  Add 1 cup all purpose flour, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp carom seeds and 4 tsp melted ghee to a large mixing bowl.  Mix all  the ingredients well using your hand.  Add some  water at a time and mix to make a stiff dough.  Cover the dough using a kitchen cloth and keep aside for minimum 15 minutes. Knead the dough again until it smooth. Divide it  parts. Take one part and make a ball from it. Roll the ball to make a thick circle. Sprinkle little dry flour if the dough is sticking to the rolling surface. The dough should ideally not stick. Cut the circle in long rectangles or diamonds using a knife or a sharp pizza cutter.Keep the cut namak para covered with a kitchen cloth until they are ready to fry. Heat oil for frying in a heavy bottom pan or kadhai.  Once the oil is hot, transfer a few namak para to the hot oil and simmer the heat to medium low. Fry on low

Home made Mango Falooda Recipe Preparation time-10 minutes Serving-2 Ingredients: Half litre milk 2 tbsp corn flour sugar yellow food color(optional) 2 tbsp  Chia seeds 4 tbsp unroasted sewai  T o make falooda at home is to soak the basil seeds first and then put the milk to boil. While the milk is simmering add cornflour mixture when milk thicken add sugar as per your taste then put unroasted Sewai prepare falooda sev and refrigerate it. Then I make the sweetened mango puree, refrigerate it and chop the nuts. I bring the milk to room temperature by place it in a bowl of water before refrigerating it. I also refrigerate the falooda glasses before layering the mango falooda in them. Your tasty and refreshing  mango falooda is ready..
